About Press 2 Communications
The story of Press 2 began in New York City and took root when the company was founded in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2018. Our mission was clear from the start: To make effective Spanish-language marketing and communications accessible to organizations of all budgets.
We recognized the gaps that existed in the landscape of Spanish content creation. The most common option available was to rely on large translation agencies that claimed expertise in numerous languages, but lacked the specialized linguistic knowledge and cultural perspective necessary to truly convey a brand’s voice and tone. Alternatively, some organizations relied on their native Spanish-speaking staff members to handle translations, even if their roles and responsibilities were unrelated to marketing and communications.
We understood that one of the major barriers to developing and executing a strategic, culturally and linguistically relevant Spanish-language approach was budget. Press 2 emerged as a solution to these challenges. We set out to break the mold and provide organizations with a different approach. We combined top-tier linguistic expertise with a deep understanding of Hispanic culture and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, all while keeping our services affordable.

An international thinker with a deep curiosity for culture and language, Nate is the visionary behind Press 2 Communications. With a degree in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University in New York City, Nate’s passion for global connections led him to explore diverse corners of the world. He has lived in Spain, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine, and even spent a summer in Nigeria.
Drawing from over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Nate brings a wealth of expertise to his role as the Founder and Managing Director of Press 2. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, he is driven by a relentless pursuit of fixing the frustrations caused by poor translations. It was during his time studying in Madrid, Spain from 2000 to 2002 that Nate fell in love with the Spanish language, recognizing its power in effective communication.
